Francis Jane was founded by Rebecca Hopkinson after 17 years working for a well known UK executive search firm and a global recruitment company. Rebecca delivers a tailored approach to a global client base; her understanding of her marketplace has seen her successfully challenge and support senior executives and human resource professionals to create successful teams. Rebecca has delivered campaigns across a number of specialisms and job families including Director of Transformation, VP Supply Chain, Director of Asset Development and Delivery and the development of an internal consulting team for a global power and automation organisation.
Rebecca is passionate about identifying and securing leaders that will propel organisations forward. Building partnerships to unlock possibilities and shaping a future for organisations to thrive.
